Dr. Smrita Singh is a dedicated and accomplished physician with a strong background in medical research. With nine years of clinical expertise and an additional four years dedicated to medical research, Dr. Singh has established herself as a valuable asset in healthcare and academia.

Dr. Singh’s educational journey is equally impressive. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Gauhati Medical College in Assam and her Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Pathology from the Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology in Bangalore, Karnataka. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at the Institute of Bioinformatics.

Throughout her career, Dr. Singh has demonstrated her commitment to patient well-being and the advancement of medical knowledge. Her experience includes roles as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Bioinformatics in Bangalore, Karnataka, where she contributed to research activities and played a crucial role in mentoring and guiding students. Her expertise extends to cancer proteomics research, clinical pathology, and laboratory activities, where she has consistently delivered accurate and precise results.

As a Visiting Graduate Student at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, Dr. Singh further honed her research skills, focusing on cancer and COVID-19-related research. Her ability to provide medical-based scientific expertise in these areas has been instrumental in the success of various research projects.

In addition to her research roles, Dr. Singh has practical clinical experience as a Senior Resident in Pathology at GNRC Hospital in Guwahati, Assam. Her knowledge spanned histopathology, hematology, cytology, and fluid analysis, making her a valuable contributor to the healthcare team.
