Case of the Unexplained Seizure

A 57-year-old male presents to the emergency department after a seizure. His wife states prior to the seizure he had been complaining of headache, nausea, and feeling confused. On exam, the patient is significantly confused and is noted to have nuchal rigidity. Eye exam is positive for papilloma. CT of the head is performed and demonstrates a ring enhancing lesion in the left frontal lobe of the brain.
