pyrantel pamoate

Indicated for Eosinophilic Enterocolitis Administer 11 mg (as base)/kg orally every day for three days; the maximum dose is 1 gram/dose

levamisole

Dosing based on weight
Administer 2.5 mg/kg orally as one dose
The maximum dose not to exceed 150 mg/dose

mebendazole

Take a dose of 100 mg orally twice daily for 3 consecutive days

flubendazole

100 mg two times a day for nearly three days

pyrantel pamoate

off-label:
