pentosan polysulfate sodium 

Indicated for interstitial cystitis-related bladder discomfort:


100mg orally three times a day
Administer with water an hour before or two hours after eating. Review every three months



dimethyl sulfoxide 

Put 50 ml solution intravesicularly into the bladder and allow to remain there for about 15 minutes
It may repeat in every two weeks till the symptoms relief



mSM 

Take dose of 1000 to 3000 mg daily, divided
Take with food
