Weight: <25 kg: 60-100 mg/kg orally in divided doses as needed
Weight: ≥25 kg: 2.4-3.6 g orally a day



penicillamine 

1st step(For two months): 5 mg/kg orally every day for two months
2nd step(For four months): 10 mg/kg orally every day for four months



oxaprozin 

Age: > 6 years

wt (22 to 31 kg): 600 mg orally daily

wt (32 to 54 kg): 900 mg orally daily

wt (> 55 kg): 1200 mg orally daily
