Dose Adjustments
After 14 to 21 days: 9 mg oral once a day (if serum phosphate < 5.5 mg/dl and no ocular disorder).
In combination with pembrolizumab
Indicated in patients with metastatic urothelial carcinoma, in patients who cannot take chemotherapy that contains cisplatin
1.25 mg/kg intravenously on the 1st and 8th day of a 28 days cycle
For more than 100 kg, do not exceed a dose of more than 125mg/dose
Administer half an hour before pembrolizumab if it is taken on the same day
As a single-agent therapy

1st dose reduction- 1mg/kg-100 mg
2nd dose reduction- 0.75mg/kg-75 mg
3rd dose reduction- 0.5mg/kg-50 mg
Administer a dose of 320 mg/m2 via infusion up to 20 minutes one time for every three weeks
