Indicated for Ophthalmic Disease
Initial dose: 4 mg intravitreal one time; if necessary may administer extra doses
Visualization through Vitrectomy
Triesence: 1 mg-4 mg intravitreal

0.05% through ophthalmic route

Instill 1-2 drops of solution into the affected eye 3-4 times daily
In acute conditions, for rapid relief, instill 1-2 drops every couple of hours
Apply the ointment 2-3 times in the affected eye each day
Instill the drops at bedtime also

brilliant blue G ophthalmic

Indicated for Ophthalmic Surgical Staining
Use as diagnostic intraocular injection of 0.025% in a single dose of 0.5 mL
Note: precisely inject this stain into the vitreous cavity filled with a balanced salt solution using caution
Ensure that the cannula remains clear of the retina and prevents any staining beneath it once the staining process is finished, eliminate any surplus dye present in the vitreous cavity
