drospirenone/ethinyl estradiol/levomefolate 

Indicated for Disorder of Premenstrual Dysphoria:


Beyaz
For the first 24 days, take one active tablet (3 mg drospirenone/0.02 mg ethinyl estradiol) orally daily; for the next 4 days, take one inert tablet orally daily.



Dose Adjustments

Hepatic impairment: Contraindicated
Renal impairment: Contraindicated

chasteberry 


Indicated for Premenstrual syndrome, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, menstrual irregularities, fibrocystic breast disease
20-240 mg of crude herb extract every day orally in divided two-three times a day
Or
40 drops of fluid extract every day orally
Or
1.6-3 mg of dried fruit extract orally two times a day
Or
35-45 drops of tincture orally three times a day
Note:
For premenstrual syndrome: 4-20 mg of extract every day
For premenstrual dysphoric disorder: 20-40 mg of extract every day
Should not exceed 1800 mg in a day



ginkgo biloba 

Leaf extract: 80 mg orally 2 times a day;
start from day 16 and continue till day 5 of the next cycle



dydrogesterone 

10mg orally twice daily from 11th to 15th day of cycle. Consecutively 10mg twice daily starting on 2nd half of the menstrual phase until 1st day of the next menstrual cycle.



agnus- castus

acetaminophen/caffeine/pyrilamine 

Indicated for temporally relieving the symptoms of menstrual periods 2 caplets orally every 6 hours as required
Do not take more than 6 caplets a day



boron 

Indicated for menstrual pain
boron Intake that is Safe
No RDA has been established for the nutrient, which is a natural product
1 to 20 mg/day; maximum safe dose ~20 mg/day
