Suspension, Injection:
6 mg/ml (betamethasone sodium phosphate 3 mg + betamethasone acetate 3 mg)
Note: 1 mg dose ≈ 0.5 mg (betamethasone sodium phosphate) + 0.5 (betamethasone acetate)
Usual dose:
0.25 to 9 mg IM once a day based on clinical requirement or patient response

6 mg/ml (betamethasone sodium phosphate 3 mg + betamethasone acetate 3 mg)

0.02 to 0.3 mg/kg IM once a day in 3 to 4 divided doses
