Limited data is available
morniflumate may reduce the excretion rate of amrinone, potentially leading to an elevated serum level
the chances of bleeding can be heightened when morniflumate is administered in conjunction with anagrelide
morniflumate may decrease the excretion rate of ancestim, resulting in a potential increase in serum levels
the chances of adverse effects can be heightened when antipyrine is combined with morniflumate
the chances of bleeding and hemorrhage may be increased when morniflumate is used in conjunction with antithrombin alfa
the chances of bleeding and hemorrhage can be heightened when morniflumate is combined with antithrombin iii human
the chances of adverse effects may be increased when antrafenine is combined with morniflumate

Pregnancy Categories:Â Â Â Â
Category A: Satisfactory and well-controlled studies show no evidence of risk to the fetus in the first trimester or in the later trimester.   Â
<b>Category B: No evidence of risk to fetus found in animal reproduction studies and there are not enough studies on pregnant women.   Â
Category C: Adverse effects on the fetus found with evidence in animal reproduction studies and no adequate evidence for an effect in humans, care must be taken for potential risks in pregnant women.   Â
Category D: There is adequate data available with sufficient evidence of human fetal risk from various platforms, but despite potential risks may be used only in emergency cases for potential benefits.   Â
Category X: Drugs listed in this category clearly outweigh risks over benefits. These category drugs should be prohibited for pregnant women.   Â
Category N: There is no data available for the drug under this category. Â
Pharmacology:Â
Morniflumate is evaluated for its effect on leukotriene B4 and thromboxane synthesis in purified polymorphonuclear neutrophils and whole blood. Â
Pharmacodynamics:Â
This influences cyclooxygenase and 5-lipoxygenase thus they effectively reduce arachidonic acid metabolism.Â
Pharmacokinetics:Â
Limited information available on ADME.Â
Administration:Â
The drug is available in oral dosage form and as suppositories. Â
