Altered sleep patterns-Which might lead to accidents and death.
Contraindicated in patients with oversensitivity to Zolpidem. Reactions included skin rash and water retention beneath the skin surfaces.
Do not consume alcohol or drive while taking medicine.
Pregnancy consideration: Pregnant women, when consumed in the third trimester, led to hypoventilation and tranquillity in neonates.
It may also lead to preterm delivery or low birth weight in neonates.
Lactation: The release of the drug in human breast milk is observed post-administration for 3 hours.
0.76-3.88mcg was found in the breast milk sample in the first 3 hours of administration. Close monitoring is required.

Sedative and hypnotic. Mainly used to treat insomnia (lack of sleep). Zolpidem mainly acts by balancing the chemicals in the brain. It is basically released in two ways:
