A woman’s first focus should be her family obligations; this has been believed over centuries. Female healthcare workers worldwide continue encountering several work problems, including family responsibilities, limited human resource policies, burnout, and gender inequities that impede their professional development. Women are under-represented in positions of leadership in the healthcare system.
Women in the United States earn less than males despite having the same work output, academic record, and experience. Career development throughout childbearing years is challenging; scheduling pumping breaks hampers the work progress. Workplace psychological repression causes self-silencing and a loss of energy and confidence.

For instance, the male-dominated society of Nigeria does not appreciate the concept of women working professionally. Nigerian women might experience domestic crises, family troubles, and societal punishments if they emphasize employment over household obligations.

Female are more responsible and family oriented, whereas the male dominated counter part only want to dominate and use their toxic masculinity.
