Cyrus Yau, MD

Biography

Cyrus Yau graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Ethnic Studies: Cross-Cultural Child Development and then went on to receive his medical degree from Brown Medical School in 2006. He continued his medical training at UMDNJ University Hospital’s Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Residency Program and became Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at Hackensack University Medical Center in 2011. After his residency training Dr. Yau went on to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2014. After his training Dr. Yau not only worked clinically as a Med-Peds Hospitalist and a Pediatric and Adult Congenital Cardiologist but he also taught as an Assistant Professor at Tuft’s Medical School. Dr. Yau has been a part of the medtigo team for four years and leads as the Director of the Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Service Line.
