5. D. Peptic ulcer disease H.pylori can cause a mild fever. Cholecystitis is a differential but the fact the billirubin is normal we can strongly agree with PUD.

14. Acute cholecystitis or peptic ulcer disease, their clinical manifestations are more or less the same

15. Based on the presenting complainints / clinical features, physical examination finding, and radiological findings. My diagnosis is Acute cholecystitis.
    However, my differential diagnosis would be cholelithiasis, acute pancreatitis, and cholengitis.
