Cystic hygromas progressing to abscesses require antibiotics, analgesics, and antipyretics, with or without surgical intervention. Surgery, if needed, is typically postponed until three months post-completion of antibiotic treatment.

Cystic Hygroma would be my thought. Can be missed or misdiagnosed during ultrasound and common to all 3 syndromes
