valdecoxib

Oral or Bunionectomy surgery :

20 - 40

60 to 75 minutes prior to surgery



parecoxib

For >18 years: 40 mg IM/IV as an initial dose, 20-40 mg every 6-12 hours followed by initial dose (do not exceed 80 mg)



Dose Adjustments

For hepatic impairment:
Moderate (Child-Pugh score 7-9): 20 mg every 6-12 hours (do not exceed 40 mg/day)
Severe (Child-Pugh score >9): Not recommended

bromfenac 

Indicated for Cataract Post-Operative Ocular Pain/Inflammation:


0.07% and 0.09% Ophthalmic Solution: Instill 1 drop to each affected eye once a day prior to 1 day before cataract surgery and through post-operative period of 14 days

0.075% Ophthalmic Solution: Instill 1 drop to each affected eye twice a day before one day before cataract surgery and through a postoperative period of 14 days



lavender 

lavender tea can be prepared by adding 1-2 teaspoons of whole herb to 8 ounces of boiling water and consumed 1 cup per day to three times daily



dihydrocodeine
