Contraindication: 

• Adenovirus types 4 and 7 live oral vaccine are contraindicated in individuals with severely compromised immune systems. 
• Adenovirus types 4 and 7 live oral vaccines are generally contraindicated during pregnancy, as there may be a theoretical risk to the developing fetus.  

Caution: 

• Vaccination is delayed in individuals with moderate to severe acute illnesses.  
• Individuals with a history of Guillain-Barré Syndrome may take with caution.
