Immediate release:

then increase to 12.5mg orally every 12 hours and then to 25mg orally every 12 hours
Extended-release
10mg/day orally for 3-10days, then increase to 80mg/day orally



trandolapril

daily or may be increased up to 4 mg


Note: Indicated for Left Ventricular Dysfunction Post-MI



enalapril 

Initial dose: 2.5 mg orally every 2 times a day
May titrate to 20 mg daily
