Why do we use Azelastine/fluticasone intranasal?Â
Azelastine/fluticasone intranasal is a prescription medication that is used to treat symptoms of allergic rhinitis, also known as hay fever. It is a combination of two medications: azelastine and fluticasone.Â
Azelastine is an antihistamine that helps to reduce the symptoms of allergies, such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. Fluticasone is a corticosteroid that helps to reduce inflammation in the nasal passages.Â
Azelastine/fluticasone intranasal is administered as a nasal spray and is used to treat symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and children aged 6 years and older. It may also be used to treat symptoms of perennial allergic rhinitis in adults and children aged 12 years and olderÂ
