Tadalafil is a selective inhibitor of cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 which increases cGMP concentration that leading to smooth muscle relaxation, vasodilation, and increased blood flow which improves erectile function in men with ED.

Administration:
Tadalafil is taken orally with or without food and should not be taken more than once daily. It is recommended to take it 30 minutes before sexual activity.
